This space is dedicated to enhancing understanding of the cocoa industry and inviting people to experience the deep connection that cacao provides through its beneficial phytochemical properties.

We are proud participants in the bean-to-bar movement, which emphasizes using cacao in its raw form to maintain its natural properties, allowing for an appreciation of its rich aromas and flavors.

Rebeca and Paola will guide you through the chocolate-making process, starting with roasting the cacao beans. You'll be able to create your fine chocolates and personalize the packaging with our seals. Enjoy your creations during your stay in Costa Rica, or take them home as a delightful souvenir.

Our chocolate workshop offers a unique experience, bringing the magic of chocolate directly to you at your chosen location. To participate, book at least four days in advance. We can come to your accommodation or a private event of your choice.

If you don't have a suitable space for the workshop, we also have charming venues in the lush tropical gardens of Golfito, Pavones, and Puntarenas.
