Pao travels around Costa Rica to identify destinations that can be part of the biocultural tourism network and help communities strengthen their services and projects.

Rein is of Dutch origin and has lived in Costa Rica for 25 years. He has specialized in rural economies in Costa Rica and advises communities to ensure their projects are sustainable.

Rebeca is involved in various social and environmental issues in Pavón, Golfito, and offers bean-to-bar chocolate workshops with spectacular results on Pavones beach.
